 From the initial interview to continuing training and education, Willo Security invests our time and resources in recruiting and preparing the best of the best. Our extensive pre-employment interview process, reference and employment history verification and background check are only part of the filtering process. Once completed, candidates undergo a post-hire interview, registration, orientation and extensive training. Our initial training regimen is an intensive 55-hour program that’s unique in our industry, encompassing all applicable areas. Even the most experienced officers undergo our training program as a refresher course that serves to sharpen and hone existing skills. Employee education continues with on-the-job training involving the actual routine tasks and skill development involved in the officer’s shift responsibilities. Each supervisor works with their officers, ensuring every facet of their job, every detail is understood and performed expertly.

We maintain a superior level of expertise through continuous education in security skills and protocols as well as technical and business skills. This well-rounded approach to training ensures that our people have the practical, social and business acumen necessary to perform at a level that meets or exceeds our demanding quality requirements, as well as stringent industry standards. Every security officer is registered and licensed with the State of Ohio AFTER being cleared by a national background check. Once part of the Willo Security team, they receive the support of a well-managed network of supervisors and managers dedicated to their ongoing success. These supervisors and personnel are always in communication, be it one-on-one or through our 24-hour control center.
