WILLO SECURITY will work with your company to analyze and build the ideal security program for you. Our experts will first analyze your existing procedures, then survey your facilities and review your needs. Upon completion of this process we will make recommendations on updating and improving your current security program in the most cost effective manner.

Recruiting at WILLO SECURITY includes an extensive pre-employment interview process, reference and past employment verification, and a background check. This is followed up with a post hire interview, registration, orientation and training.

WILLO SECURITY also provides on the job training that consists of the actual routine tasks involved in the officer's shift responsibilities. The officers will work with their supervisor to be sure that each detail is understood and performed properly.

WILLO SECURITY'S employee selection process and training meets and exceeds industry standards. Every security officer is registered and licensed with the State of Ohio. Before any officer can receive their individual license, they must be cleared by a national background check. We pride ourselves on our selection of officers, which is supported by a well-managed network of supervisors and managers.

In order to maintain constant coverage and communications with our field supervisors and personnel, WILLO maintains a 24-hour per day control center.

TRAINING

At WILLO SECURITY training is an important factor for management, supervisors and guards. The guards not only reflect our company but also yours. At WILLO training is not a buzzword it is a reality. WILLO SECURITY has developed it's own internal 55 hour training program for use with all WILLO personnel. This program is unique in the industry and encompasses all pertinent subjects a new employee should be trained in and also acts as a refresher course for even the most experienced officers. We would be happy to review this program with you in more detail.
